Option 1: 20-Minute 1-on-1 Telephone Consultation ($49)
This is the perfect solution if you have a few questions that you're feeling "stuck" on!
You'll get a private, 20-minute phone call with a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant™ where you'll be able to get answers specifically about YOUR child.
(Tip: Make sure to write down ALL your questions before getting on the phone. This will help you make the very most of your time, and it's amazing how much you can accomplish in just 20 minutes!)
The cost for this service is just $49, and someone will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule your call.
Option 2: Full-Service Sleep Sense Consultation Package ($399)
This is a complete, "start to finish" sleep coaching service with a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant™. Here's what's included:
- A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child's sleep habits and routines that you'll fill out prior to your meeting.
- A private, 90 minute consultation (telephone, Skype, or in-person). This is where you'll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, nightwakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
- A fully customized, step-by-step sleep plan for your child. This will be created based on your answers to the preliminary evaluation, and will be discussed during the 90 minute consultation. (You'll also get a copy e-mailed to you.)
- Four follow-up telephone calls during the first week following the consultation. These follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and you can use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or ask any general questions.
- One week of unlimited e-mail support. After your four follow-up telephone calls have been used, you still have an additional week of unlimited e-mail support. You'll be given your Certified Sleep Sense Consultant's private e-mail address, and all e-mails will be responded to within one business day.
